District 9: Jerry McNerney
Most Reliably Democratic: Least votes against party in the county at 0.4%. Breaks into the top 30 of all representatives in voting along party lines.
Relatively absent: Second most votes missed in the county (and Swalwell ran for President): 3.2%. In the top third of all reps.
District 11: Mark DeSaulnier
Pretty independent: Second most votes against party in the county: 1.6%. This puts him in the bottom third of representatives as a whole.
Pretty Present: Second least votes missed in the county: 1.5%. He’s close to the median representative here, but tbf, he did spend part of the year in a coma
District 15: Eric Swalwell
Pretty Reliably Democratic: Second least votes against party in the county: 1%, bottom quintile for party independence amongst representatives.
Wildly absent: Most votes missed in the county: 23.4%. Sixth most in the House, some of it must be due to his run for president, but goodness that’s a lot of votes.
